Greetings, my fellow mermaids! I have a few new treasures to share with you. Since my birthday was a couple of weeks ago, I received some very beautiful gifts from my friends and family.

These two lovelies were from my friend, Deb ...

And, my sister Aurora Skye took me out for a birthday lunch and blessed me with these awesome items! ...

A mermaid tail night light.

A pretty mermaid necklace. The blue one was from my sister and the one with the pearl was actually from my husband.

A fresh and sweet smelling large votive candle called, "Waterfall." Smells GREAT!!

And, a cute, sparkly mermaid tail keychain!

Also, yesterday, I found a few more goodies to add to my treasure chest ....

Dragon Oil Bottle

Greetings, friends! In keeping with the theme of enhancing altars and crafting, I have added a couple of oil mixes specially made for dragon lovers to use for honoring and even spellwork if preferred.  

Dragon Oil:

Lavender essential oil – 3 drops

Bergamot essential oil – 5 drops

Patchouli essential oil – 6 drops

Clary Sage essential oil – 6 drops

Jasmine essential oil – 1 drop

Cinnamon essential oil - 3 drops

Carrier oil such as fractionated coconut oil or olive oil.

Dragon's Hoard Oil:

This one is designed to help you find opportunity and resources.

1 part Clove

1 part Patchouli

3 parts Frankincense

1 part Pine

1 part Bergamot

I decorated my bottle with Dragon Glass (black obsidian), amethyst, malachite, and a dragon charm.

Mermaid Dust

Items needed:

One small bottle (any shape - star, round, heart, etc.)

Sea salt

Blue chalk and a small knife 

Blue glitter

Small seashells and/or small beads (optional)

Pour the sea salt (as much as you would like) and the blue glitter into the bottle and lightly shake to mix together (or mix separately before pouring into bottle). 

Scrape the blue chalk powder into the bottle with the sea salt mixture.

Add the small seashells and/or beads.

*Added suggestions: If you are able to find a seashell the right size to fit the lip of your bottle, you can use the shell instead of a cork - that is even better! And if you feel especially creative, you can also decorate the outside of the bottle with small gemstones, silver or goldtoned jewelry, or the like. Happy crafting, mermaids!!
